What Does One Say?

Outside of bad weather and dying pets, the worst thing about being a pet sitter/dog walker are those people that yell at you when you walk past their house. I have been searching for the perfect comeback to someone who yells out the window, "Get your dog off my lawn, bitch!" (Leave suggestions in the comment section, please and thank you!).

One such house I pass several times a day with a dog, and I have gotten the above comment, as well as many more, in addition to being chased after! The thing is, THEY HAVE DOGS! Talk about hypocrits!

Last week as I was walking past [on the PUBLIC sidewalk, with my LEASHED dog], the man out in his yard with his [UNLEASHED] dog, who decided to bark and growl at mine. This is the man who called me a "Bitch" for no reason.
Being in an extremely good mood, I said jokingly, "I get yelled at alot by you for not having my dog on a leash," to which he replied, "It's MY property." My response: "That's right!--You're special!"
That was that.
I left happy to have gotten to say something to the man that he never gave me an opportunity to, and hopefully left him with something to think about. I hope he thought about what an asshole he's been.
But I doubt it.
